What should I expect during my first visit?
At your first visit Dr Lidums will ask you a series of questions regarding your symptoms. He may do a physical examination. He will then explain the possible causes of your symptoms and discuss specific investigations that you may need (such as an endoscopy or colonoscopy), and explain the possible risks involved. You will then have your investigations booked. After you have had the investigations, he will then discuss your diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your Appointment for registration.
When you come for your appointment please remember to obtain and bring the following
- Medicare card or Veteran Affairs card
- Referral letter from your family doctor
- Private insurance details
To cancel an Appointment
Please call our practice during office hours and let us know at least 24 hours in advance so that we can give your allocated time slot to another patient.
